Fall was in the air as the Scots took the field against Irving Nimitz. The chill didn’t stop the Scots from rolling over Irving Nimitz defeating them 61-13. The Scots are still tied for first place in District 7-6A.
The Scots dominated the first half finding themselves leading 51-13. Throwing for four touchdowns and a scoring run Warren Peck stepped off the field. The Scots went on to show three other quarterbacks, Parker Thompson, Cade Trotter and Gil Wagner.
Thompson ran for a 74 yard touchdown and caught passes from Peck and Trotter. The Scots had an opportunity to show almost all of their team on the field at one point or another. Fifteen different receivers were used, seven different rushers in addition to the four quarterbacks.
The Scots will host Irving MacArthur at home Friday, October 22nd for Homecoming.
