Busy Sports Weekend for HP

Softball disassembled Creekview Friday night, being youth night meant many of their young fans were on hand to witness the win.

Baseball faced The Colony for the second time in a week, this time they came out with a win. Isaac Hutchinson pitched for the Scots. The Scots walked away with a 10-4 win.

Men’s lacrosse faced off against Torrey Pines, a game that was billed as one to watch. Almost immediately the Scots showed they might be too much for Torrey Pines as they scored in the opening minutes. Scots walked away with a 10-3 win.

Baseball hosted Rockwall Heath on Saturday morning but lost 6-8.

Girls’ track hosted their annual Tracy Wills meet with roughly twenty teams competing. The gray, chilling morning turned in to a misty wet afternoon but nothing could stop the fun as girls lined up for heat after heat well into the afternoon. The senior Lady Scots and their parents were recognized between the field and track events.
